Seminar “Leading with Animals – Learning from Animal Behaviour”

Animals are extremely skilled and attentive observers, responding to their environment directly and subtly. In their immediate and honest reactions, they reflect a person’s presence and the impact they have on others. They do not react to status symbols, age or gender, but rather to posture, gestures, facial expressions, confidence and even a person’s attitude toward the situation.

In this seminar, we make use of this remarkable ability to work on these very qualities and derive valuable insights for leadership tasks.

Services

• Warm-up (welcome, introduction to the tasks and interaction with the animals)
• Team building (team hike, exclusive experiential guidance, skills training)
• Cool-down (winding down from the learning content while quietly reflecting; optional conclusion with an aperitif on our terrace or at a barbecue/fire site)

Time / Price

• For a 2-hour hike, up to 10 participants: fixed price CHF 500.00
• For a 2-hour hike, from 10 participants: fixed price CHF 650.00
• For a 2-hour hike, from 15 participants: fixed price CHF 700.00

Maximum group size: 20 participants / Larger groups available on request
